nice i have a 98 3.8 5spd. how muck hp u think u got. n did tht tb spacer do nething i was lookin at them but not good reviews on them

not sure never dyno tested i have a g tech performance monitor it says 276 hp and300 ft lb torqe if i run race fuel i can get alittle more i have the helix power tower plus tb spacer no bad reveiw from me

Oh nice! How about that throttle body spacer? I've heard both sides... some say get them... some say they suck. Would you say that it made any difference? Worthy buy?

i have ram air so i think it helps eliminate turbulance in the air flow its not that expensive like 100.00 i think it was worth it

Sharp looking/sounding camaro. Quick question to you and/or anyone else who can assist me here: I also own a 99' Camaro, v6, 5spd.. Where exactly did you locate / mount the MSD ignition box? I have the MSD DIS-4 box, thanks.

That sounds good for a V6. I own a 99. I was wondering if the airbox lid makes a much deeper sound for it. I have a K&N on mine. I also plan on getting a flow kit for it.

im talking at most. it will benefit weather or weather not you have an intake and exhausts. but you just gain more power from the exhaust and if you have intake mods to match the exhaust.

I don't know about that that's a lot of hp gain for a spacer! But are you saying that it WILL or WILL NOT benefit your intake and exhaust?

so from my research and other fellow camaro buddies, tb spacers, helix power tower do absolutely nothing to a mpfi engine. if by msd ignition you mean msd coil packs, that also will not do anything. and a 160 degree stat will kill horsepower. an engine runs best when its warm. 160 is too cold to get its peak performance. 180 is the coldest you should go. 160 is for big blocks running all out all the time. this is most likely your daily driver. other than that, car sounds great for a 6 banger

TB spacers are not a very noticable mod. but they do help bring in more air in which pulls a little more power from your exhaust( if you have a catback system). i would say a TB spacer will add 5 more HP . but will bring out 1-2 more hp from each of your other intake and exhaust mods.
