Withdraw all your cash from banks, buy gold and silver, cancel all your credit cards, leave only one account to receive payments, trade labor and goods, don't take loans and mortgages...We buy crap we don't need with money we don't have and we become enslaved by banksters. I don't need 2 cars, 10 pairs of shoes, 10.000 sq/ft house and crappy microwave lunch. I buy fresh veggies and cook lunch for 2-3 days for dirt cheap. You'll eat healthy, have more money and be free. Strength is in unity!

I hae been paying attention to you and people like you for a while now, this year I decided to put into practice what you advice, we here in Australia are seeing the facism of the state and corporations.
I bought silver, gold, took my money away from shares and the banking system (and have put up with the harrassment as well!), keep up the good work! You have many people who are listening to you!
