Sager Troubleshoot

Sager NP8170 Realtek Wifi does not work and have been using the wireless adapter. Was told to reinstall the hotkey driver to see if the Realtek wifi would turn on. At the same time the Realtek wifi driver was downloaded from another computer and installed. The Realtek wifi card did no come on so I ended up installing the wireless adapter. I then realized then that I could turn off and on the wireless adapter but was told that the computer wasn't designed to turn on and off other wireless devices other than the one in the computer. This is just a video of proof that the hot key does in fact work and does turn off and on the adapter. I cannot understand why the hot key would not turn off and on the Realtek wifi, with the proper drivers installed, before even the wireless adapter was installed. Oh, and I do know the wifi has to be on before installing the driver but the Realtek wifi card does not turn on nor does the light above the keyboard turns on. The driver from the disc would ask for the device to be turned on but the hot key will not turn it on. The drivers downloaded from the Sager site installed with no problems and was shown in the program installed list. But the hot key still fails to turn on the card.

Notice that the wifi orange light above the keyboard at boot up does not light up. The bluetooth light on the left of it actually lights up. So I have pretty much isolated the hotkey from this problem. This shows that it works and does functions with the volume, screen dim, camera, bluetooth, and key pad controls, etc.
