The Buckeyes lock horns with the Texas A&M Aggies, who had then just punked the no. 2 Kansas State Wildcats in the Big 12 title game. The Buckeyes looked to run up the score early on Dat Nguyen's Wrecking Crew defense, but the Aggies held firm through the second half. The Buckeyes didn't score, but didn't suffer for it in this rather bland 24-14 victory.

*Note: This game had a corrupted VOB file at the end of the disc that wouldn't copy the final seconds. You still see everything of importance, just not the final seconds.

  • Since A&M was in the Big 12 at the time, this game does not count towards OSU's bowl record against the SEC. Their win over UArk last year is tainted, but I still count it as a win in my book.

  • Texas A&M is 2-12 over the last twenty years in bowl games. Weak tradition.

  • aTm is terrible they never beat anybody

  • they are going to the sec so long to 1-8 bowl games vs sec

  • well florida was really good too

  • @baerdog2003 Watch the video. The Big Ten went 5-0 in bowl games that year. The SEC went 3-4. The SEC was garbage in 1998, which is why Tennessee went undefeated.

  • @baerdog2003 I couldn't agree more. To be the best you have to beat the best. FSU didn't, and neither did Ohio State. Tennessee had a true championship team that year. And we all know Ohio State's "impressive" record against teams from the South...

  • @nateebetino They weren't good enough to beat Michigan State at home... LOL

  • @BucktootheBond - who won the NC that year dickhead? Oh yeah, Tennessee. That record speaks for itself. Just like the one you hold for most cocks sucked simultaneously. By the way, hows this whole Tressel / Pryor lying, cheating thing working out for you? That's a great tradition the Sucknutts have going there and I'm sure you are the ringleader. Pissant!!
