i have a 95 ford and the foam wheel has come unstuck in the 10 - 2 positions i have seen many tutorials on how to fix this most require the removal of the foam and painting the other day at the chemist (drugstore) i purchased a syringe and needle with the intention of filling it up with superglue and injecting it in the core of the wheel will let you know how i go
