Haha, that made me laugh what he said about Anthony Reid..."he may have been fast but his time wasn't quick"...50.43 is ridiculously quick for a front wheel drive touring car...he was pushing so hard that weekend that earlier in the day he clipped one of the hay bales at the flint wall and knocked a wing mirror off...hence why hes folded them in!

turing car was the best...to get that out of 2,0 l engine is amaizing

The Jaguar churns out at least 750+ plus horses with some monstrous torque from the 7 litre V12, whereas the Leyton House Judd has about 650+ horses from the tiny 3.5 L V8. Yet both car achieved very close timing. It shows just how lightweight and nimble the F1 car is compared to the Group C car from that same era..

Love the Gerry Marshall sideburns. Those alone are worth 2 tenths : )

seems unfair for the primera to race against f1 and group c machines they should run them in classes

Heidfeld was going like, 30 MPH faster under the bridge than anything else that has run at Goodwood. I think that would be a bit much when the only thing between the spectators and the cars are hay bales and a chainlink fence.

@ilykwawawiwa yup, and didn't they ban newer F1 cars after that? understandable safety-wise.
