Cannon Fodder Amiga intro remix

This is a remix of "War... never been so much fun": the opening of the Amiga version of Cannon Fodder. The base was provided by bobfresco, the vocals are mine.

@RetrievingSearain Most of it comes from the CD32 version of Cannon Fodder; the title cards have been made from scratch; the part with Jon Hare comes from a concert of Press Play On Tape where they played the Cannon Fodder theme with game controllers; the part with Jesper (the guy with the goatee) in bed with a joystick comes from Press Play On Tape's video of Comic Bakery.
