Does this hardcore mode make NV "realistic survival game" Does it make this any harder? I have played FO3 beafore but im getting a new one for xbox and can´t decide between this and FO3

@jimmyjojameson29 If you have much bad karma for killing and stealing you will be considered evil. At least it was so in fallout 3. You will be given diffirent quests as evil npc`s see you as their friend. At the same time good npc´s might not like you.
