I think the only reason Demi dated Joe instead of Nick was because of Camp Rock. Think about it, they played onscreen lovers and the media was all hyped up on there being a Jemi. So I think Demi got caught up in all of it and didn't realize that Nick was really the right one for her. But who knows.
