I accept the comment of but without getting into a bun fight surely line drills are something that we conduct as part of our dive planning and discipline? I fully understand the comments about the cave as I have dived their many times myself ,but I am sure ydeep down your dive discipline dictates you should maintian a continuous line to surface and not rely on trust me dives etc. It is only an observation from watching the video from his early days and meant as a comment to create debate..

Who are the divers here?
Great Finning Technique!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! glad I wasn't No 3 in the team. I aslo notice that the lead diver failed ot place in pegs or line markers when passing ties (20:20:09)or when turning (20:22:2) surely that is not the way to do it and is dangerous not to mark your way in?

Dangerous?.... I don't think so. Not considering the layout of the mine, the fact that all lines lead to an air surface in a dry adjacent passage that leads out of the mine, the predictable vis, and that fact that all the divers were highly familiar with the site.
