  • scott what u wanna do when u have does 10 sec or 20 sec rest u wanna sit down in breath in threw ur nose and out threw ur mouth, and when u do in and exhale threw ur mouth dont do them fast otherwise ur blood wont get any oxytegen (srry if i spelled wrong). and nice work out
