scott what u wanna do when u have does 10 sec or 20 sec rest u wanna sit down in breath in threw ur nose and out threw ur mouth, and when u do in and exhale threw ur mouth dont do them fast otherwise ur blood wont get any oxytegen (srry if i spelled wrong). and nice work out

You do these full body workouts in 1 day… how do you workout everyday then when your muscles have to heal from the full body workout? Or do you not work out everyday?
this session looks even more aggresive than the supoussed used for trainig the actor of "300", so I wonder: WHAT COULD HAPPEN TO YOUR CURRENTLY ALMOST PERFECT BODY IF you do BMD sessions regularly?
