In this third part of the lesson with Mike we are essentially discussing understanding the progression of 'Entry' techniques to 'Chi Sau' and finishing with 'Off-loading' techniques using whole body energies, aware of not just the arms but also the function of the stances, controlling elbows and appreciating lines of attack.

  • it is good you can discuss this and show it also, but remember to flow like water and hit like stone. You are breathing a little to heavly because you are trying to use to much strength. Good clip though.

  • I understand what you are saying but you have to experience the energy that Mike uts out from his years of Ju Jitsu and fighting background as well as talking at the same time which takes up breathing opportunities lol.

Glad you enjoyed he clip I will be putting many more hours up soon hpefully once I have settled into my new house, job and got my pc fixed and online.

Take care and all the best
