Warm Italian Bread Stuffed with Sauteed Spinach & Garlic, Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheeses. Stromboli Spinach Bread Recipe
• 1 10oz. package of frozen spinach, thawed
• 1 Pizza Dough homemade or store bought
• 10 cloves of Garlic, Crushed
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
• ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper or to taste
• 2 c Mozzarella Cheese, schredded
• ½ Parmesan cheese
• 1 egg beaten
• Non stick spray

*Saute Spinach w/ garlic for about 5-8 min.
*Next spread your dough out onto backing pan.
*Then layer the spinach, mozzarella cheese, parmesean cheese, and start rolling the dough up and then place seam side down and brush with egg wash. bake on 350* for 35-40 minutes
