Hi Steve :) The reason for that is because America (the non-Native aspect anyway) was founded by English Puritans. It seems all your religious types came here to my people's land and did what you all knew was going to cause a problem.

i would imagine that salem is more of an attraction unless you live there of course. like whitby here in the uk around halloween time.
its quite interesting that alot of videos tend to come from americans who are quite territorial about their religion. here in the uk faith and religion isnt really a huge thing for the majority - pagans tend to be laughed at rather than 'shunned'. cant we let ignorant people be and focus on our paths? introspect and reflect it helps you find your true self.

My experience with Wiccans has always been that they tend to be social outcasts who choose Wicca not as a true path of enlightenment, but because they have a common ground with other outcasts and weridos. Wiccans are very different from other true "Pagans" who practice the religion of their ancestors. Wiccans have no ancestoral connection to the past. It is just a New Age mishmash focussed on the more feminine aspects of ancient religions.

Good on you for posting this video, this is where I was before I read some Hitchens books and I'm all better now. Many Wiccans are just generally FUBAR and intelligent people who get into it are eaten alive. Good luck to you in your path.

Lets start here, your co-workers treat you good because they believe you have lost your way and they have petty on you! Do not mistaken acceptance for petty! Christianity is a Catch-22! They can not believe thus they can not understand!

Well said, and I agree that there are times when people can take things to such a level that it gets out of control. It can lead to just having this frustration to one guy, and then explode to blaming Christians, for example, as a whole. I've come to YouTube to reach out to people I respect, and I've been accused of being a closed-minded Christian by a woman who I still like, even now. She's blocked me and won't hear me, and I admit I was bothered me that she jumped on the blame-train so blindly

yeah, it's a funny world, isn't it? Funny like people who are continually brainwashed by power-hungry preachers and are too scared of thinking for themselves, then they might realize all this time they've been lied to.

maybe you could help explain the difference between wiccan / and goths. I find one type extremely sexy and the other "not so much" - just wardrobe wise- and music interest etc.

Wicca is a fashion statement. Nobody knew about it until the first Blair Witch movie. Just a bunch of hipsters(hippies with money) that act like they're better that everyone else.

Officially Wicca has been around since the 1950's, but yeah, movies both helped and hurt us at the same time.
Don't believe me? Look up Gerald Gardner and his crew, he first popularized the religion in England then eventually made it's way to the US.
