  • What a stupid question: why should we hire you?...aren't they supposed to figure that out?? geez!

  • Not really. If I've answered the interview questions and cited examples, demonstrated my abilities via work experience, education, and references [if asked], then there should be more than enough information to evaluate me as a candidate.

"Why should we hire you?" is a cop-out question plain and simple. The idea that it's a "selling yourself" opportunity is pure fluff. If it were really that important, it would be the first [and perhaps only] question in an interview.

  • the ugly question that should never be asked. recruiter FAILS

  • Dude. Slow down. Its not a race. No really, he was talking really fast. Where is his self confidence? If you don't show any confidence in yourself, then how can the employer feel confident in you?

  • ROFL, another joke of a video. The answer given was even that bad. If you gave this answer, the employer would say you can slow down or encourage you too. They aren't just faceless zombies. No one would look at their watch halfway through, this belongs in your 'Ugly or Retarded series'

  • Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord - GLORY TO JESUS CHRIST, our GOD !
