This is Zhang Jie demonstrating the chi gung opening, circle walk, and several single palm change variations of the Liu Bin Zhuang Gong Bagua Zhang Style. Zhuang gong means rooted like a tree, very stable and balanced. Liu Bin was a student of Cheng Ting Hua.

talked to him yesterday, he's still around.

he just did not know the site was going to expire, he'll get it back up soon.
