when i try to do my gradient it just pops up as a block of black and a block of white... help please?

In your future tutorials you may consider using your voice. It is very hard to understand what you are doing. Only a suggestion to make your videos better.

You need sound. Plus those handwriting fonts are hardly visible.

Maybe it's a problem with your image mode. Have a document open (don't add the picture yet!) Then go to Image >> Mode >> RGB. You can now paste/place the images. Hope this helps!

i need help
when i put a pic in i cant like move it or make it bigger its just a hand :(

Okay, you'll have to take the Move Tool (press M on your keyboard to get it instantly) and shift it around. To resize it, hit CTRL and T and drag the corners out until you get something you like. Hope this helps! (Or, copy and paste the image onto its own document and go to Image < Image Size)
