URGENTE URGENTE, No es casualidad que el presidente Sebastián Piñera firmara un acuerdo de apoyo energético nuclear con su colega Nicolás Sarkozy, los proyectos es instalar este reactor nuclear al norte de atacama casi con la frontera con peru, parece que va a ser una realidad, la pregunta. Peru permitira la instalacion de este reactor a pocos kilometros de su frontera o esto sera el principio de una guerra.... tomemos en cuenta chernovil, fukushima. queremos un desastre en una zona sismica

It's not a meltdown; The reactor has been shut down, but is still very hot; the steam explosion that you see is from over heating/pressure and hydrogne build up in the cooling system, there may have been some radioactivity released but due to the reletivly short half life of that material It's not a major threat.
The containment building has been disintegrated but the reactor vessel is still intact.
