V-13 is pretty balanced but Hakumen is the hardest character to go against when playing for the first time..

I think V-13 and Hakumen are two of the more balanced boss characters I've seen in a while. I'm glad to be seeing them in tourneys. Fighting developers should take notes, I'M LOOKING AT YOU SNK AND EXAMU(Arcana Heart)!!!!
