Judge Napolitano On The Manhunt for Christopher Dorner - Fox News Studio B 2/11/2013

In the midst of a manhunt for ex-cop Christopher Dorner, the Los Angeles Police Department announced it would be reopening the case that led to his dismissal from the department. Dorner is currently on the run after allegedly killing a woman, her fiancé and a police officer.

Officials announced they would re-examine Dorner's allegations that his law enforcement career was ended by racist colleagues. LAPD Chief Police Charlie Beck said that he was ordering a review of the case not to appease a murderer, but because he takes allegations of racism seriously.

Judge Andrew Napolitano said on Studio B, "Normally, this is not a case appropriate to reopen under procedural history or under the law."

In this case, the judge assessed that the LAPD may be leading Dorner and the public to believe it's going to be reopened in order to help with public perception of the department.

No, no way they want to take him alive; e.g., the two vehicles the LEOs have already shot up, wounded a 71 year old woman & her daughter injuried from debris, and the other vehicle with a guy in it all shot up, rammed and destroyed. Up to a hundred rounds fired at the vehicles

I normaly agree with the good judge. But not on this. They do not want him alive. That is apparent in their aggresion. People that want him alive do not ram innocent people and fire DOZENS AND DOZENS of rounds into the vehichle.

Well, I just lost a lot of respect for Napolitano. He apparently has this religious belief that the courts always get it right. Of course he would being a judge and all, but I've been in the courts far too many times to believe that. I believe Dorner and also believe the old adages "when there is no justice in the courts, there will be blood in the streets" and "when the government feels they can put a just man in jail, that is the only place for just men, in jail"

nobody knows all the details ,except for Dorner and he is (as it seems) meanwhile dead, and no i dont believe for a second the LAPD would had liked to get him alive,especialy since he is out of their own ranks and kill 3 of their own,he was dead meat right from the get go,thats my opinion and i stick with it
