@Szaam He is like a Psychedelic Punk. I love his noise so much. Both the old, stream–of–noise style and the later electronic wizardry–type sound too. At one time I adored Frequency L.S.D the most, even though the Noise in it sounded like the amplification of a spray can. I prefer Hyper Chaotic now. It sounded initially like a scrapbook of Noise ‘notes’. Now I hear it as pithy statements honed down to an utter essence of one or two ideas per track. The Noise sounds like steel barrels dying!

It seems like a lot of people think Masonna resides in Merzbow's shadow. Personally I prefer Masonna, there's something consistent about him, and he's so undiluted and relentless. Nevertheless, both are absolute mammoths in this beautiful genre.
