Drag yourself out of the gutter and into the kitchen for a lip-smacking Posh Chocolate Nosh. Yes, here it is, the feel good chocolate video for all the Stress-Mongers and those in a slump, and all it takes is a few simple ingredients and a new attitude, so what are you waiting for, HELL to freeze over ! ? I'll tell you what's going to freeze over, your ( sugar deprived ) brain ! This is a re-edit / re-vamp from last years chocolate nosh video. FYI "nosh" is a light snack or nibble.

I call it Chocolate Nosh, but this is also known as chocolate bark. Made by tossing in a bunch of tasty foods of your choice into a batch of melted ( tempered ) chocolate ( a chocolate scramble, if you will ) then chucking into the refrigerator for 15 minutes or so. Nuts, dried fruit, cereal are all great choices for this ( for an added zing, throw in a little protein power, you can't taste it, this adds health benefits so you won't feel as guilty about devouring ALL of it ).

You can vary the quantities depending on your taste. I like to just lightly cover everything with the chocolate, making it a crunchy, fruity, nutty and sweet delight of epic proportions. If you use 70% or higher dark chocolate, this can actually be considered quite a healthy little snack when adding dried fruit, nuts, protein power and a low-sugar cereal . I like to use dried bing cherries, toasted almonds and corn flakes. This is so simple to make and one of my favorite ways to enjoy chocolate. Chocolate, with a strong cup of black tea with the company of my 3 kitties on my leopard print sofa and some good music, is the epitome of a Posh Nosh in my book :)

This is also a great way to use up left over chocolate from another project etc. Use the best chocolate you can find.

Enjoy and remember , "live for today and dance the night away...like there is no tomorrow " !
