James Gilligan: Winter Soldier on the Hill Panel 2 (2/10)

James Gilligan served in Iraq, Afghanistan and Guantanamo. He is now a member of Iraq Veterans Against the War. He describes the use of depleted uranium weapons and seeing the after effects. He also tells of destruction of civilian property under orders although a pleasure for others, Rampant looting and testimony of
lack of body armor and vehicle protection completes the speedy delivery.
