Calling me a fool only shows your ignorance. This is taken from the original 7" from 1970 containing parts 1&2. I have spiced the parts together for this YouTube clip but it was James Brown who made the editorial decision to fade out the song at the break. The full version you refer to is from the 1986 compilation 'in the jungle groove' featuring for the first time the full and alliterative versions of the song from the studio session.
