Go to Zora's Domain and complete the Ice Cavern. Then free King Zora from the Ice. If you need more help than that, refer to the beginning of chapter 9.

Last time I played this game was when I was like 10? This is the first time I've played it since then and its bringing back so many memories lol! I remember spending hours and hours in the fishing hole!
