The first in a series of futsal training drills, Drible da Vaca is all about speed and simplicity.

Take the defender on at speed, pass the ball firmly to one side of your opponent, then burn it around the other, turning your man inside out.

By the time the defender turns, forget it. It's over.

@StarWarsUpdates wat i got from it was make the defender get off balance u can do this by step over stabing around the ball or all other sort of things... once off balance kick the ball around the defender lik shown and muah u just joga bonita lol..
