naw,you only do that some of the time. you can counter it more easily than something where you space it well. notice even with old sagat how they move forward or backward to adjust and vary fireball speed. this is a part of mindgames. you blatantly spam when you REALLY need someone to get away.
there's airblock vs everything in sfa3 but grounded normals also. so the tiger> tu game isn't that great here. and vism has start-up invincibility.
