TalkTalk Customer Services fault reports department takes over 1 hour to answer my call.
My phone line went crackly and my broadband kept cutting off and reconnecting at steam age speeds so I phoned the faults department of TalkTalk customer services and waited...................

  • @chrys1ppus Phone them up and complain because if the internet is cutting out it's most definitely your line not setup properly, I had the same problem. They dropped my line speed by 1mb and now I'm on 11mb and getting the full 11mb and no drop outs. When my line was 12mb I was barely getting 6mb so it just goes to show, a stable connection is more important than line speed.

  • this company is a shit one , they have cancelled my account without my knowledge or permission , then when i have called them they sent me a new contract with a new phone number but i have to pay for a service charge , installation , what a crap so i told them to fuck off and i m taking them to court for loosing my phone number that i have had for more than 12 years

  • Stop your payments to TalkTalk. When they send letters say you will be glad to pay when they can provide you with a copy of the document agreeing to the contract signed by both parties. They can't because there isn't one. They have not got a leg to stand on.

  • I have never experienced such a poor service as talktalk. Bad speeds. Phone stops working. Internet stops working. Customer service who are rude and hang up on you. I suspect some of the positive comments posted here are from talktalk sales people. I have spoken to at least 20 talktalk customers (or ex-customers) - all have either left talktalk or are trying to. Avoid avoid avoid.
