i never realized this but his wrist is completely locked or laid back at the beginning of take back and loosens as he approaches his racquet drop

@tokinblckgie I don't even have a coach, and to be honest I am very good at tennis - I learned by watching tennis pros on tv.

Sometimes watching the pros is the best way to learn things. I remember as kid, the stuff I picked up just from watching the top players hit often helped me tons more than the things I learned from coaches.

Been playing for years and just learning to top spin. problem that many online courses forget to talk about is the shoulder rotation on the forehand and back hand. You only get the whip when you open up the shoulders after having the lead shoulder face the court. I kinda figured it ou by watching all these awesome vids.

Thanks for uploading it. I learn a lot from this. I mean, Federer has the best forehand ever and that's a fact. :)
