This is a half-ounce (single) ristretto brewed by a modest coffee appliance that uses a thermoblock to heat water (which, on the contrary of boilers found on the more expensive machines, heats water almost instantly as it flows to the group head, in a way similar to how a wax gun operates). The machine used is the KRUPS K920 model, with the original vendor's pressurized single-shot basket, and the shop grind of the COSTA blend (this is a little bit finer than the grind sold in the 250-gram bags). Disgusting shot... :D
