washer still not fixed 06-16-2010 001.AVI

I went online to check out Ge Frontload washers and found a video of the GE frontload washer doing exaclty what mine is doing , the knocking , the not washing after it keeps resetting- because it is knocking and not wanting to spin - the tech came- and i have a warranty and it was the forth time , they would need to replace the washer at Sears now--- but because the tech said it is the pedistal now after they have rebuilt this washer practically- and it still is doing the problem they now will not order any parts or make good on my warranty -because then i would be able to get it replaced--- they are saying it is the pedistal or my floor and refusing now to do any more work on it , no more parts no more nothing , and will not make good on my warranty - what do i do to get my washer fixed and right?
