Its a lot harder to do this in a 3D program. After making the armature, you have to select which vertices are effected by a bone, use vertex groups, weight paint, set up IK constraints and IK targets and movers. Its so frustrating to get my armatures on my 3D characters to deform the right way.

i've been using the IKtool in CS5 and loving it, but now i'm trying to work with smaller sprites and i cant believe the bones overlay does'nt scale as you zoom in!
i cant even see my character behind it or see individual bones, its just a big mass of colour!
anyone know a way to scale/turn off the bone visuals?
you'll be a life saver thanks!

And that is probably exactly the type of graphics they used to design their bone rigging tool. WORST ANIMATION tool I have seen in my 22+ years of computer graphics. Thanks for NOTHING Flash.
