@MrFiretiger778 no, Arczo3 is correct. it's a bug. it's one helmet on top of another. glitches like this are common in halo. Bungie were too lazy to fix it.

It's not a secret helmet. It's a bug that bungie didn't bother correcting. The base of the elite is base structure was an original elite, with an assault combination, it's both helmets meshed into one.
