this attack ad is bullshit. All politicians are in it for themselves, the banks pay them to do their job and benefit them

It sure will be satisfying to see Iffy lose the upcoming election and get his ass turfed by his fellow Lie berals. The Cons have given the liberal media a lot of ammo in the last month, but it still won't stave off another con minority.

this is funny... 55 billion in deficite...and we are doing well ??? this add is just a bunch of clips edited to fit the cons purpose..

For a bizarre reason , I'm sifting through a whack of attack ads as amusement.
Still surprised the 'anointment' never made more of an issue.

Iggy you're such a dork......

Well I think it's in the best economic interests for Harper and Flaherty to be at the helm, I still have some concerns over some of the socially conservative policies Harper could implement with a majority, such as the removal of the long-gun registry, or any legislation against same-sex marriage.
-
Interestingly, Mr. Rae raised Iggy's absence as a major factor during the leadership contest! Any lie-beral supporters out there ready to tell us how Mr. Rae should resign? Just wondering...
-
I agree! Think of how the Cdn economy would be better if Mr. Harper did not have to cater to the 3 socialist parties? We must give Mr. Harper a majority next time! Best for Canada, right?
-
I'm so happy about these "fact" ads! I didn't know an American could run for PM. (I know a Cdn cannot run for President.) Why do we allow this?
-
It's very rare that attack ads backfire, and they're also not making a statement about spending time abroad generally. They are stating facts: he has been out of the country for 34 years. They go on to say that he came back only because he thought he had a shot at being PM, which is reasonable because there appears to be no other reason why he moved back. The ad is making a statement about how much he cares about Canada if he only bothers to live here to gain power.
I am not against "attack" ads...but these seem excessive and not really relevant. I think Canadians may be turned off by them as well. Stephane Dion was an easy target and frankly...he wasn't really a leader. But this ad is just a lame personal attack.
On the flip side....so they're saying Ignatieff is a leader then? Since they're going after his residency and not his leadership....

I rather have a not so devoted Canadian to lead us back on track than a dumbass neo-con to lead us to hell
