  • How is it that every riff you hear on the "Some Kind of Monster" sounds totally badass... and then you pop in the St. Anger CD and it's all lost. Not saying I totally hate that CD, it has two or three tracks that I really love, and an additional few I like. But it.... it's hard to put into words, but it doesn't "pop" like what they sound like in film. If that make since to anyone other than me. LOL. Lost in translation, I guess...

  • @KotowTV I see...

  • @BrodinBrothers22 For this particular song - One guitar is tuned to Drop Ab, and played on the E string and Kirk's guitar is tuned to Eb and played on the A string ;)

  • I heard that james said that its all tuned in a C tuning. Lower than Standard except for maybe one or two songs.

  • Drop A i think

  • @LegendofDimeBag Drop bish! Lol

  • @LegendofDimeBag In the tabs I got I think it was Drop G#...

  • @BrodinBrothers22 i think its drop b-ish

  • I wonder from where they got the idea of tuning the guitars in drop G!

  • It's from the documentary "Some Kind Of Monster", I think
