No, the Olympics haven't been held in Chicago...yet. In this opening of a show originally broadcast on July 28, 1984, the Son of Svengoolie (Rich Koz) cracks wise about the Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles, then introduces the evening's movie, which has a very special prologue. Koz was the Son of Svengoolie on Chicago's WFLD-TV from 1979 to 1986, and has portrayed Svengoolie on WCIU-TV since 1995.
