Its a cold pill it didnt really had an efect on her and it was never banned from the FIG and now its not even banned from the Olympics

@balletgymmad It's a stimulant, so it can make some people hyper. Stupid thing is, Raducan said it didn't help her win, it actually made her dizzy. Her teammate also took the same cold medicine, but because she was taller and weighed more the substance wasn't over the allowed amount. It's not even banned anymore....

she had her all around gold medal stripped from her because they found an 'illegal' substance in her blood when they ran tests.This drug is not illegal anymore and she wasnt even aware she was taking the drug,she just took a cold and flu pill,given to her by the team doctor, which happened to contain the substance.

She's a great gymnast! She deserved the all around gold, and i believe it was unfairly taken from her! I love Simona Amanar, but i never refer to her as the olympic champion! Andreea should get her medal back! Great job on this montage! I love it!!!!!

i know she made a petition during the 04 games to get her medal back bc the substance is no longer banned. i wonder if she got it back. but the good thing is though that most people still consider her the 00 all-around champ so i guess thats good. so sad for her though. :( lovely montage though.

i don't think she got it back. i'm not sure though i think they would have mentioned it sometime. i will always consider her the olympic champ! lol thanks!
