When i bought a jaguar i ended up hating it and returning it to the store in exchange for a Scheter guitar. I thought the action of the strings was very high and i hated the bridge, the strings would often come off the saddles. Im reconsidering giving this guitar another try now because im a huge fan of the grunge era and so of course i see alot of jaguars in live performances. Thinking about saving up for the Jaguar HH Special, double humbucker, gibson style bridge, anyone try this guitar :)?

@conn0r1994 if you want a jaguar just for the looks go for the hh , ore a mim!(i think the have tom bridges), but if you want an accurate jag that feels like a real jag , go mij on avri, i love my guitar , i love adjusting her and making her sound perfect and the way i like , i think the more effort you put into something the more you'll end up loving it!!!!

I bought a new Jaguar in 1964. They were cheaper than the other Fenders at the time. They were never considered to be as good as a Strat or Tele in those days. I bought a Lake Placid blue one and I bough t aJag because I couldn't afford a Strat or Tele.
It's good to see that they are somewhat sought after now. I don't even remember what I did with mine. Probably gave it away when I went to Vietnam. I wish I had it back now.
