  • Thank you for this unusual collection of hunting music, including valveless hunting horns (giving it an unusual flavor). Is this a Swedish palace? It reminds me a little in form of Stupinigi Palace of the Savoys in italy (for what little I remember).

  • @FRAGIORGIO1 You remember well. It's the Stupinigi Residence.

  • The opening is dreadful!

  • Jean-Joseph Mouret's piece reminds me about much younger "Toy Symphony" of Leopold Mozart. Unusual instruments gives a taste of baroque plenty. :-)

  • Must confess that I think the opening horn-part is almost "hideous".

  • Nothing speaks to the testosterone like french hunting horns. When I hear them, I get an urgent need to bring home some meat to my hungry family...

  • In all due respect I feel the need to dislike this monstrosity. mehhh it's alright

  • Thank you for both music and picture of our beautiful Stupinigi !

  • The Cor de Chasse is definitely an acquired taste... so to speak. Great music though.
