what kind of wheels is on the grinder, and do woodcraft sell them

uh ok, i have niether of those,and here in slovenia i dont believe they are availeble,i use oil and sand paper to clean off the rust,it works pretty good

We use a lot of Boeshield (#129637) to clean up tools and prevent rust. We have a product called Zerust (#149662 caopsule, #149664 drawer liner) that can be placed in a tool box to prevent rust from starting.

how do i keep my tools shiny, everytime i use them they become rusty brown, i have pfeil too, do i have to put oil on them?

I normally keep a lightly oiled rag to wipe down my tools. If you shop is not climate controlled it is a necessity. I use the following product in my own shop to ward off rust:
Boeshield T-9 Protectant.
Top Coat great for tables.
Camellia Oil for hand planes and chisels.
Zerust Corrosion Inhibitors in drawer and cabinets.
