  • @hanginwithstang Yes those were key points for me as well, especially when I try to move heavier kettlebells. Thanks for watching, I appreciate it.

  • That hip pop and body connection was awesome, I learned so much just from watching this, I'm going to have to go check out the other stuff too =)
