Une nouvelle étape de la construction du tronçon Auvernier-Serrières a été franchi avec le percement de la calotte du tube nord du tunnel. Une cérémonie a rendu hommage aux 22 mineurs qui revoient la lumière du jours après 10 mois de travaux. Claude Frey a rappelé dans son discours quil a fallu 55 ans de palabres pour en arriver là.
