You will be able to see her at the Palmer Street Jazz Festival in Tonwsville from 9 and 10 August 2008. Also Cairns, Mackay, Charters Towers and Home Hill week before.

That voice! What a treat to hear Lee singing this marvelous spiritual. A long way from the old Sam Cooke standards and then-contemporary Joan Armatrading pop I used to enjoy listening to her sing on summer porches in Australia. And yet the soul thread is continuous. Thanks so much for posting this.
