i like the baking style, steps laid out well, as a licensed chef myself i know that measuring rarely gets done in a kitchen but your half cups looked a bit steep, 3/4's maybe, and the hair you need to stop playing with your hair, with that aside no one can argue with results and you produced great results. i would hire you for my restaurant as a trainer after watching this, just stop playing with your hair lol

Interesting! You poured out the juices of the shawarma, don't you use the good juices for another dish ? Is it possible to do this ?
