I am so used to that view. My space is my safety zone plus my dogs and 1 horse. I have become used to agorophobia and panic disorder. Just have to manage it.

Laugh until you have it, I never would have picked me as becoming one. Just battle on and up?

I always wondered the same thing myself...After a few years, Sometimes I feel like doing the opposite of what my anxiety wants me to do..which is to come out and not stay in my own little world where I feel trapped..just to see where it would take me and see if I can finally change. Agoraphobia is no joke. It's real, and it eats the mind and soul from people.

i havent been past my gate in a year. is life worth it?

I have had this from 2000 until... My doctor is wonderful, and will come if need be. I can go into my yard , but I have boundries i do not cross. I am horrified of my mailbox. Why? I would rather be with mean people in my house tahn be alone. If I go anywhere, I must go at night with someone. Church is horrible. people know not to hug me and allow me to sit on the back end row. If I can go. I had a brief period in 2007 where I thought I could win this fight. However I feel I lost the battle

Hopefully, this will help people... Anybody who has a fear that is controlling their life should seek a professional and at least see if that helps...We all live day by day and we have to try to face our fears....
