gigant1909 damn, other stuff is there to say?. Everyone who considers themselves a bball fan all study the right way to dunk, I simply just not long ago done the coaching system over at "50inch vertical [dot] com" - I wish I did it sooner so I could've started dunking in my H.S basketball team (Guess what, I'm merely 5'9!)

hi gigant1909, I m practicing to increase my vertical jump by doing the workout system over at 50inch vertical[dot]com - and so far got like past 8-9 inches thus far but I'm even now a a little away from dunking on the rim It's still my 2nd week so far, any advices?
