The blue bar stray with the belgium ring is
probably a stock pigeon, i lost a red chequer and a mealy about a year ago, both had metal rings with Natutal Antwerp on them.Every loft gets strays,mostly youngsters. if you report a stray, and the owner does not contact you with in a certain period, then i think the bird transfares into your name?

I took one back to it's owner in Liverpool once many years ago after it landed in my garden. He gave me some Petrol money and seemed pleased. I was a bit younger and dafter back then :-)
