Project Needlemouse Gameplay - the new HD 2d Sonic game due out in 2010 - READ the Description!

I can't post much about how I ended up recording this video, what matters is that they didn't know I was recording at the time, I had to play with one hand and record with the other.

Here are some facts I know, also please don't judge the game based on the choppy animation in this early build.

- It's more of a re-imagining of the old Genesis Sonic games
- This is a start of a new Sonic series and Sonic goes back to his roots with the first game, it's a RESET of the Sonic Series.
- Tails is NOT in the first game
- This is a very early build with choppy animation and everything, the final game will have far superior visuals and animation
- The first game in the series has 10 different worlds with 3 levels in each
- There are 3 difficulty levels, normal, easy and hard, easy is too easy for now
- Sonic has all his moves right from the first game
- The Bubble System from Sonic 3 and Knuckles is back and is here from the first game
