@yanghaiying i think i agree... i'm not a nutritional expert by any means but lettuce does seem very insubstantial nutrition-wise. i'm fairly certain that dark green vegetables are the healthiest in many senses of the word. very vitamin-rich. i do like lettuce, but a healthy salad should be more than just that, i think. so anyway, thank you for yet another lovely video! :) but i found something recently that you might like! making chocolate mousse with only water and chocolate.

@yanghaiying the reason i thought you may like it is because of an earlier video about chocolate cake without flour. but the mousse discovery was made by a scientist in the last century. it's quite interesting. it does work though. if you're interested, you should google it!
