October 2, 2009- I started my journey at the corner of North Avenue and Druid Hill Avenue. I walked down Druid Hill Avenue until I reached the Seton Hill neighborhood. My journey took me through the infamous McCulloh Homes housing project. This video shows the urban decay that is located just west of Baltimore's Bolton Hill neighborhood.
@malleymyster yup. They are still standing as well. When he paused and noted the ugly building, that was the parking lot in which William Gant was killed. And the Pit is on the opposite side.

Very brave my man for walking around the PJ's!! I would never do such a thing. Seems very dangerous even while driving. I've only lived in Baltimore west for 4 years and I'm very afraid of the city life especially the streets with the blue cameras. Ugggghhh... However, I do believe the city is getting better that's why I'm buying a rowhome on Calvert St. I love B'mores rowhomes!!!!

It's all planned out. If they want to build a middle/high income housing area or an business expansion where a low income area is they just let that area rot because they can't move you out for no reason. If an area is bad and half abandoned, no justification is needed when it comes to moving people by force. Really think about the why some areas that were consider bad for 15 + years magically become good areas in a matter of 2 years. It's a chess game where low income people are the pawns.
